If you would like to spend your Disney World holidays in Florida in Disney Mouse House, the please see detailed below the seasonal rental charges (for the villa not per person) and all other charges that may be payable. For those that would like their Disney World holidays to be special and memorable, our home provides that luxury and comfort that will enable them to be this. Disney World holidays are not just about the theme parks ass there is so much more to see and do. Whatever you do ion your Disney World holidays you will want to be able to come 'home ' and relax in beautiful surroundings and rest those weary limbs!

For bookings of 7 and 14 nights in the villa for your Disney vacations please see the weekly and fortnightly rates. For bookings of less than 7 nights please use the nightly rate and add 12% Florida sales tax and a £80 / $130 cleaning charge. For bookings of more than 7 nights but less than 14 nights, please use the weekly rate for the first 7 nights stay and use the nightly rate for the additional nights. Likewise, for bookings in excess of 14 nights, but less than 21, please use the fortnightly rate and use the nightly rate for the additional nights e.g. a 10-night low season let in 2005 would be:

Weekly rate of £535 / $830 plus 3 nights @ £90 / $140 per night = £805 / $1250. Add Florida sales tax @ 12% (£97 / $150). Total therefore would be £868 / $1400.

Rental costs below exclude Florida sales tax and pool heating. Florida sales tax is 12% and pool heating is charged at £20 / $30 per night or £120 / $180 per week.

LOW SEASON - January 6th to February 3rd, October 27th to December 22nd

Nightly £90 / $140 - Weekly £535 / $830 - Fortnightly £1030 / $1590

MID SEASON - February 3rd to March31st, April 14th to June 2nd, September 1st to October 27th

Nightly £105 / $160 - Weekly £630 / $955 - Fortnightly £1200 / $1850

HIGH SEASON - June 2nd to September 1st

Nightly £120 / $185 - Weekly £725 / $1105 - Fortnightly £1400 / $2150

PEAK SEASON - March 31st to April 14th (Easter) & December 22nd to January 5th (Christmas)

Nightly £140 / $225 - Weekly £825 / $1355 - Fortnightly £1600 / $2650
