Hi Alan

The villa was absolutely fantastic. After a very long and arduous journey with 3 very tired, very excited children, to walk into your home and be greeted with not one but two Christmas trees all lit up and the house decorated for Christmas was absolutely fantastic. We found absolutely no fault in your home at all. I dealt with the management company only once and he was very polite and rectified one of the problems straight away, which was the BBQ not having been cleaned, the other problem was the TV in the master bedroom broke, but we weren't expecting that fixed straight away. The games room is fantastic, the pool is fantastic, in fact everything is fantastic and we will be returning one day in the not too distant future I hope. I will be recommending you to all of my friends. The only downside to the holiday was it finished too soon. My middle daughter who is 6 always looks to come home after 1 week on holiday, this time she didn't want to come home at all. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Once again thank you for your lovely home and I will be in contact again soon to book another holiday.

Your home was absolutely lovely and I think that we found everything that we could ever have dreamed of. The children all loved their rooms allowing them all to have their own space at the end of the day and none of us could believe the size of the wardrobes.... They loved the pool and I think they were in it at the end of each day and found it very warm and accommodating. Also, the games room kept us all entertained.

Your management company was very prompt in answering our call out for a bleeping smoke alarm and with information about local churches.

Your home is a credit to yourself and somewhere to be extremely proud of.

If we do ever come back to Florida we would definitely wish to stay in your property and I would definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you very, very much!

My family couldn't believe how nice it was for such a great price! I thought the information you gave, directions for the parks and stores, and accessing the house was very helpful and easy to find. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home! This was our first trip to Disney and being able to come back to a private home after a long day at the parks was just perfect! We took my immediate family which included my granddaughter Olivia that is 8 months old and I was very surprised how your home had everything she needed! My sons and their partners are from the ages of 18 - 22 and having access to a pool table, air hockey and tennis equipment and of course the absolute convince of having our private pool just made our trip perfect! Thank you so much and I hope your trip in Arizona was as relaxing as ours was.

We definitely look forward in renting from you again. My husband stated he would loved to come back every couple of years with the whole family and just make it a tradition of ours. So I am sure we will chat again in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing my family to spend our vacation in your home. We had a fantastic time. My two girls loved the pool and I had everything I needed to make my 6-month old little boy comfortable. After days at the parks the house was heaven to come home to. We had plenty of room for all of the family to spread out and the house was comfortable enough for all of us to join together in the living room and spend some family time. Everyone was sad to leave because we came to feel very at home in the Mouse House. We enjoyed our stay so much and are already looking into my husbands vacation time for next year to make plans to return!
