What a great time we had at Disney
and MGM. This was not our first visit to Orlando We come two or three
times a year .This was by far the
best time ever. The MOUSE HOUSE was great, only 20 min. from all Disney
parks. The house was spotless and had every thing anyone needs. In fact
we were so well rested WE (8) drove to Jacksonville and flew to
Minnesota for a week of snow. When we got back our deposit was all ready
here.!!!!

Just to say thank you for
the rental of your fabulous villa ..... We had a great holiday, kids
loved the pool (and the telly) probably more than the parks. We came
as two families of 6 and 4 and there was still plenty of space for
us all to spread out comfortably.
If we can find another family of six to fill it we'd love to come
back again in a few years time. We'd have no hesitation in
recommending it to anyone we know who is heading over to
Orlando......We look forward to revisiting the mouse house in a few
years time maybe….

Just to let you know that
we had a fantastic holiday. We were very impressed with the villa
and really didn't want to leave. It was everything and more than we
could have imagined. It was our first time staying in a villa and I
will definitely be recommending your villa. The location was perfect
for basically everywhere we wanted to go. The kids loved the pool
and we found it hard to get them out even to go to the Disney Parks

Just a little note to say
that we all had a wonderful time in Florida. The villa was
fantastic:

Beautifully presented++++
Ample space for both family's.
The children especially loved the clock (At 6am in the morning!).
Nice neighbours (except the Beasties and fire ants)
Our only regret is that we
have spent so much money that we may not be able to go back next
year. However as soon as we have saved enough again you will be
hearing from us. All our feedback can only be positive and we will
certainly be recommending your villa to our family and friends.

much for a hassle free, beautiful, holiday accommodation. We were so
sad to leave but I am sure we WILL be back in the near future.

Alan, we had a wonderful
stay and we fell in love with the house and pool. I had to make
sure your clock was still on the wall when we left, my nephew's wife
thought it was awesome. We did have some trouble hooking up to the
wireless internet, but that might have been us. We would definitely
recommend your house, the location is perfect for Disney. I've been
telling my co-workers at the hospital about the villa and showing
pictures. We appreciated being able to stay in a home instead of a
hotel - it made the trip so enjoyable. The kids loved the 50 inch
plasma TV - they called your house The Fun House. Brooke (she's 4)
and Ethan (he's 5) didn't want to leave (actually none of us did)
they wanted to stay at the Fun House. We'd love to make the trip
again next year. You made everything so easy for us. Thanks again.

Our vacation could not have gone any
better. The Villa was fantastic! The children enjoyed the pool almost
every night and every morning we would awake to find them playing in the
game room. It was really nice to come "home" to the villa after a long day
at the parks.

HEY ALAN!!!!!! IT WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!! ..... I have referred this
villa to at least 10 of my closest friends and we were amazed at how
wonderful it was. From the minute we walked through the door, we
were astounded by the gorgeous decor and the cleanliness of the
villa. It was literally heaven! My daughter is handicapped (I think
I had mentioned that) and the accommodations worked out perfectly
for her. She slept all night in her room and was very comfortable!
The pool was a big hit with everyone and the management company was
extremely responsive when we asked for the temp to be turned down
slightly. I'm sure you know that the weather last week was in the
80's! The villa is undoubtedly the PERFECT spot for just about
anyone who wants to come to Orlando and stay in a perfect location,
just a few minutes away from the action, but far enough away to be
quiet, tranquil and relaxing! We enjoyed the New York Pizza
restaurant (off and away from the main drag), and we ate at the
Cracker Barrell too. Excellent! It was very difficult to leave there
on Saturday! We will definitely be back and we will definitely stay
there. I don't think adequate words can describe what the villa and
the vacation meant to our family. Thank you SO MUCH!!

are thinking the same thing. We will be doing our golf trip next year and

Hi Alan we had a fantastic holiday and that was more to do with the villa.
It's a wonderful place there is nothing negative about it. It's just
fantastic. The children used to complain half way through the day no
matter what park we were in to go back to the villa so they could go in
the pool. It was such a magical time from start to finish. I'm
sure my sister in-law would have approved. Did I mention it was the
anniversary of her death while we was there and I honestly believe we
couldn't have been anywhere in the world better than in your beautiful
villa that day. Anyway down to next year can you see if the villa is
available the last week of October the first week of November so its about
this time next year please. Once again thank you for letting us
share in your wonderful home.

…. The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was nicer than I imagined, the
pool was fabulous and we played a few games of pool in the games room when
it rained.
We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and we are hoping to go again. I am
trying to get a few friends to go next time as the house is too big for
just two of us and the 10% reduction will definitely come in handy.
So thanks again for a wonderful holiday. You ands your wife have an
absolutely beautiful house. I also liked that it is in a really quiet
area. Have no complaints whatsoever and I will definitely be recommending
your house to anyone who is thinking about going to Florida. I have taken
loads of pictures of the rooms and hopefully I will get some bookings for

We've just enjoyed our second visit to the Mouse House and it will not be
our last! Just when we thought the house couldn't get any better, the
McConnell's added wireless internet connection, the newest Play Station
system, new TVs, and a game room, complete with a pool table and air
hockey! Between the game room, the collection of DVDs, video games, and
the pool, our kids had no shortage of entertaining things to do (that
didn't involve a theme park). Also, kudos to the management company - we
called because a battery in the smoke alarm needed replacing (and no, we
didn't check out the alarms upon arrival! One kept beeping, so we knew it
was the battery) It was no time at all before it was taken care of & the
guy was so friendly!
It's a long drive from our home in Virginia to sunny Florida, but our
"home away from home" at the Mouse House made every mile we drove worth
it. We'll be back again next year! We've stayed at Myrtle Beach before and
the cost comparison of those homes to this house for the benefits inside
just cannot be beat!

We had a fantastic holiday, very tiring as we tried to pack everything in,
as you do. The villa was awesome, very impressed wanted to bring it home
with me ha ha! Could not fault it at all. So spacious, there were nine of
us and we had so much room. The pool and the outdoor area were just
perfect. Needless to say we were all sad to leave and hope to go back
sometime in the near future. Thank you for letting us rent your lovely

.........A wonderful time was had by all. The weather could have been a
little better but compared to our weather in Wisconsin it was perfect.
Your house was incredible. It made the vacation very comfortable and home
like. We had a difficult time seeing attractions because it was so nice to
relax at "home". The children swam every morning and every night as did us

Sadly, our Florida vacation has come to an end and we are now back in
Canada with several feet of snow still on the ground.
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your home
during our recent vacation. We shared the home with another family and the
home easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. We were amazed at the
home's spaciousness, layout and decorating. Our children spent many hours
swimming in the pool and on several occasions, while we were out
sightseeing, asked to return to our "Florida home" to swim and relax.
Because of the home's close proximity to Disney, we were able to return
home for dinner and a swim before venturing back to the parks for the
evening.
My husband and I were fortunate to have been able to stay in the King
master suite and found it very beautiful and spacious. So often when you
are on vacation, you look forward to returning home and sleeping in your
own bed but I can assure you this wasn't the case! We were very
comfortable staying at the Mouse House.
We hope to return again some day and have recommended your home to family
and friends.
