Florida vacation homes are becoming more and more popular as the independence of travellers continues to rise. With the advent of the Internet more people are realising the savings that can be made through making their own travel arrangements. Booking Florida vacation homes provides luxurious accommodation, a lot more space than hotel accommodation and the freedom to choose at what times you dine and whether one chooses to dine in or dine out. Most Florida vacation homes have their own pools too and many facilities for vacationers, such as games rooms and games consoles. The weather can very occasionally be unpleasant so it is nice to be able to have the space to relax and for the kids to still have lots of things to do to amuse themselves. The first step is to contact us to ascertain whether the dates you require are available.  You can do this either by e-mail, mail or telephone.  If your dates are available then you should make a tentative/provisional booking.  Please provide your name, home address, home telephone number and e-mail address when making the provisional booking. 

A rental contract will be sent to you, by e-mail, for signing and returning through the normal mail.  A 20% deposit is taken upon booking (i.e. when the rental agreement is signed and returned).  A returnable security deposit of £180 / $250 per booking is held to cover accidental damages and breakages. (Do not confuse this with the booking deposit!) The remaining 80% plus the pool heating cost (if applicable) and the returnable security deposit is payable 12 weeks before the rental commences.

The Key to the home is accessed from a lock box at the villa so there is no need to go to the management company to collect the keys. Full directions to the villa and the lock-box codes will be provided upon payment of the final rental balance. Our management company, in case of need, are available 24 hours a day.

The home also has a burglar alarm which is connected up to ADT Alarm Systems. We shall provide you with the burglar alarm codes at the same time as the lock box code - detailed above. For everyone's protection the alarm should be set each and every time the villa is left vacant.  This not only protects the property but also guests' belongings and valuables. The facility is there so why not use it?

Florida vacation homes do vary in price.  Our home has many extra facilities, is quite luxurious and the further good news is that, although we are not the cheapest home on the market, we also do not charge the earth!
